ExpenseDesk — Terms of Use
Agreement
By using ExpenseDesk you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard EULA for App Store apps when the app is distributed through Apple.
ExpenseDesk Pro subscriptions
- ExpenseDesk Pro will be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store when launched.
- Pricing, trial length, and plan details will be shown in the app and on the App Store listing before purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases in the app.
AI & receipt OCR
- AI categorization and receipt OCR provide general assistance only — not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
- AI results may be inaccurate. Always verify amounts, VAT, and categories before filing or submitting expenses.
- ExpenseDesk is not a substitute for a qualified accountant or tax adviser.
Your financial records
You are responsible for the accuracy of expenses you log and export. ExpenseDesk does not verify tax treatment in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass subscription limits, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI output.
