Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
NeuroSleep is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") in addition to the terms below.
Apple grants your license to NeuroSleep under the Standard EULA. The Application Provider provides app-specific terms for subscriptions, privacy, disclaimers, and support. If the Standard EULA and app-specific terms conflict regarding your App Store license, the Standard EULA governs your use of the app obtained from Apple.

Summary of Apple's Standard EULA (not a substitute for the full agreement)
- Scope of license: nontransferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
- Data: Apple or the Application Provider may collect technical data about your device and app to provide updates and support, in a form that does not personally identify you where applicable.
- Termination: your license ends if you fail to comply with the EULA terms.
- External services: third-party services accessed through the app are used at your own risk.
- No warranty: the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of liability: Licensor liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA.
- Governing law: depends on your location (e.g. EU/EEA users: laws and courts of your usual place of residence).

NeuroSleep provides general sleep and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns.
Recovery scores & insights
Scores, analytics, and coaching text are estimates based on information you provide and optional Apple Health data. They may be inaccurate and should not be used for medical decisions.
Subscriptions (NeuroSleep Pro)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Launch pricing is typically £4.99/month or £29.99/year (your App Store local price applies). Payment is charged when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Restore purchases in the app (same Apple ID) if you reinstall or change devices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to reverse engineer subscription features.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless local law requires otherwise.
