Overview

NeuroSleep ("we", "our", or "the app") helps you track sleep habits and wellness. This policy explains what data the app processes and your choices.

No account required

The app does not require registration. We do not operate user accounts or collect your email through the app.

Data stored on your device

  • Sleep logs you enter manually
  • Sleep history, recovery scores, journal entries, coach conversation history (Pro), DreamSync sessions, and app settings
  • Gamification progress and nap logs

Data from Apple (only if you grant permission)

  • Apple Health: sleep analysis (including stages), heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, activity, exercise, and mindfulness — used to show charts and wellness estimates on your device.
  • We do not sell Health data. We do not use Health data for advertising or tracking.

Sleep coach

The Sleep Coach uses built-in guidance based on your in-app data. In the App Store release, coach messages are not sent to external AI services. (Developers may test cloud AI locally in debug builds only.)

Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Widgets

If you add a Home Screen widget, a small amount of summary data (such as recovery score and streak) may be stored in an App Group shared only between the app and its widget extension on your device.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete all app data at any time in Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all data. This removes on-device app storage and shared widget data. Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device. Revoke Health access anytime in the Health app.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
