Services

Altivra provides AI-powered wellness software. Our apps are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Free trials may be offered for new subscribers
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24+ hours before renewal
• Manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings
• Refunds via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Altivra and protected by applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
